1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup water, coconut milk or almond milk
3-4 T. pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
pinch of cloves
pinch of salt
agave syrup, brown sugar, or maple sugar to taste
nuts, coconut (optional)
Topping:
whipped coconut cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl or jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve warm or cold.
Topping: Refrigerate can of full fat coconut milk. Pour off the skim milk. Whip the remaining "fat" with a little sugar and top oats.
