¼ c. shortening
¼ c. boiling water
½ c. sifted all purpose flour
⅛ tsp. salt
2 eggs, unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. For cream puffs, bring shortening and water to boiling point in sauce pan. Sift flour with salt, add to water all at once. Beat vigorously until mixture is thick and smooth and comes away easily from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition until mixture is smooth and blended. Drop mixture by tablespoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Let cool, cut in half. For chocolate filling, place chocolate pieces, milk, sugar, and marshmallows in top of a double boiler. Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, add vanilla and chill. Fold into half of whipped cream. Cut cream puffs in half. Put chocolate filling inside, then replace tops and put the remaining whip cream on top.
