1 – 2 lb. Bag Ore Ida Potatoes Hashbrown Cubes Thawed
½ Cup Chopped Onion
1 Can Mushrooms
1 Pt. Sour Cream
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Sticks Melted Butter
Salt
Pepper
Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, onions, mushroom, sour cream, cheddar cheese, 1 stick of melted butter and salt and pepper to taste and place in 9x13 pan. Top with 2-4 cups cornflakes crumbs mixed with ½-1 stick melted butter. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Cover with foil but don’t let foil touch mixture.
