1 lb shrimp, cooked. tail off
1 large mango
1/2 cup oil
1/8 cup or less lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 avacado
lettuce mix

Directions:
Directions:
put half of mango in blender with all other ingredients except lettuce, avocado, shrimp, and and lettuce.

Blend. This is the dressing.

Serve salad with remaining mango in cubes, avocado in cubes, and shrimp, over lettuce. Add dressing.
