Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 (29 oz.) cans of Sweet potatoes / Yams (drained)

2/3 c brown sugar

1/4 c flour

1/4 c milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

2 T butter (melted)

1 tsp salt (optional)

1 1/2 c marshmallows (I prefer the small ones, but big ones will do)

For Praline Yams Add:
1/2 c chopped pecans

1/2 c Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F.

Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, in a large bowl. Transfer to a casserole dish.

Cook uncovered for 30 minutes until glazed.

Remove from oven and place marshmallows side by side on the top of the casserole.

Bake until golden brown.

For Praline Yams mix brown sugar, butter, pecans, flour and coconut over yams and bake
