1 box - yellow cake mix
½ cup - oil
4 each - eggs
1 11oz can - mandarin oranges & juice

Frosting:
1 12oz pkg. - Cool Whip
1 4.6oz box - instant vanilla pudding
1 20oz can - crushed pineapple, drained

Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and mandarin oranges. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Grease and flour three 8" round cake pans. Pour in batter.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

Frosting:
- Combine the Cool Whip, instant vanilla pudding, and crushed pineapple.
- Once cakes have cooled frost between the layers and on top.
