2 cans (5 oz) chunk white chicken (well drained)
3 T mayo
3 T apricot jam
16 slices whole wheat bread
Optional
2 T raisins
1 T finely chopped onion

In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except the bread

Makes about 16 small round sandwiches is you use a Cut-N-Seal
