5 lbs. potatoes
6oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
2 Tsp butter
Paprika
Grated cheese

Make ahead!

Peel and cube potatoes and cook in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and refrigerate.

To use, place in a greased casserole dish with butter and sprinkle with paprika and a little grated cheese. Bake at 350° in the oven for about 30 minutes until heated through.
