1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup butter
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ Tsp prepared mustard
2 Tsp vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 cup bean liquid
2 cans lima beans, drained
¼ lb. salt pork

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°.

Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened, not browned. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, tomato soup and bean liquid and mix well. Please beans in casserole and pour onion mixture over and blend well. Top with salt pork and cook at 350° in the oven for 45 minutes.
