2 lb. can plum tomatoes
14 oz can quartered artichokes
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 shallots finely diced
¼ cup (1 stick) butter
2 Tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.

Drain tomatoes and combine with all other ingredients. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes until everything has heated and onions are soft.
