1 or 2 (16 oz.) cans of French style Green Beans
1 (15 oz.) can Whole Kernel Corn
1 (8 oz.) can Water Chestnuts sliced
½ c. Onions chopped
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
½ c. Shredded Cheese
35 Ritz® crackers crushed
⅓ c. butter melted

Drain: Beans, Corn, Water Chestnuts.
Mix: Sour Cream, Soup and Onions.
Stir together the ingredients and place in oven proof dish.
Put cheese on vegetable mixture.
Mix Crackers with butter.
Add on top.
Bake 350º for 45 minutes

Note: Topping can be omitted and a 3 oz. bag of French Fried Onions can be placed on top last 15 minutes of baking.
