2 T unsalted butter
2 large eggs
6 T flour
6 T milk
1/2 apple, sliced and tossed with 2 T dark brown sugar and 1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Devide butter between 2-1 cup ovenproof dishes and melt in preheated 425 oven. Combine eggs, flour and milk - stir until combined. Batter will be lumpy. Split batter between dishes and arrange apple slices in spoke-like pattern. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up. Serve with syrup.
