Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

24 mushroom caps
10 oz crab meat
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
2 oz mayonaisse
tsp garlic
salt & pepper to taste
4 oz garlic butter
parmesan cheese

Combine crab, cheese, mayonaisse and spices together in a bowl.
Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and blanche for 3 minutes.
Stuff each cap with crab mixture. Place in baking pan.
Pour over top all the garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until top is golden.
