Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together. Beat the dozen eggs in separate bowl until no whites are left. Bring milk to boil and add eggs slowly, while continuing to stir. After it gets curdled lumpy look, quit stirring and allow to cook until lumps are rubbery. Then put a large piece of cheesecloth in saucepan and dump cooked mixture into pan. Shape into ball with cheesecloth, then tie off. Excess liquid will remain in pan. Hang for a couple hours over sink or empty pan. Then store in fridge, in cheesecloth until next day. Remove from Cheesecloth and cut into slices.
