6 slices bacon, diced
1 Tsp flour
1 Tsp sugar
½ cup water
½ cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp reserving about 2 tablespoons drippings. Drain bacon on paper towel. Add flour and sugar to bacon drippings in skillet and stir until smooth. Add water and vinegar to drippings, simmer until thickened and then add bacon. Serve hot over bitter greens like a baby spinach or dandelion greens.
