1 lb ground chuck
½ lb ground pork or veal
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, minced
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
dash of nutmeg or allspice
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
dash of black pepper
1 can 10.5oz cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix meat, garlic powder, onion, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs large or small depending on your preference.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry meatballs in batches, if necessary so that they brown on all sides. Place in a large baking dish. Pour mushroom soup, water, browning sauce, and white white over the top. Stir to coat meatballs. Cover with foil. Bake for about 1 hour.
