Unsalted Saltines
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate mini chips
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) with aluminum foil. Place saltines on entire bottom of sheet to totally cover. Melt butter in a sauce pan blend in sugar and continue to stir over heat for about 3 minutes. Once butter and sugar get a golden frothy color spread over saltines. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chocolate chips evenly over top. Use a knife to spread evenly as the chips melt. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Place in freeze for 15 minutes or more until hard. Break up in small pieces and serve.
