2 pounds ground beef or turkey!
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
hamburger buns
cheese for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef or turkey in a saucepan.
Add the browned meat and remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours.
Serve on buns with a sprinkling of cheese and enjoy!
