4 C Flour
1 3/4 C Shortening
1 T Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp Salt
1 T viinegar
1/2 C Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt and sugar. Mix in shortening with fork or pastry blender. Beat eggs slightly and add to mix. Then add vinegar to water and add in. Form into ball and chill 15 minutes before rolling out.
