4 cups frozen corn, thawed
2 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, and salt together. Set aside. Mix thawed corn, diced vegetables, and chopped cilantro. Add dressing and mix well. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
