1/2 C Sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 egg whites
2 rounded Tablespoons corn starch
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, pour 1 Cup of boiling water over. Cook until thick and clear. Add 1 t. vanilla. Stir in stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs. Cook, pour in baked pie shell. When ready to serve, cover with a thin layer of whipped cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.
