"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Jordan makes this with whatever we have on hand and whatever he catches that day. He thinks that using a local wine enhances the flavor. Iím not sure if thatís true, but the fish turns out delicious and Iím not going to complain. He first made this for me at a campground along the Bass River.
