Rumaki ( Chicken Livers) Recipe

6 Chicken Livers
12 slices Bacon
2 cups soy sauce
12 Water chestnuts sliced thin
1 cup Brown Sugar

Marinate chicken livers and the bacon in soy sauce for 4 hours in ref.
then preheat oven to 400
Take the livers out of marinate and cot a little slice and add a chestnut.
Dip the liver in brown sugar.
then wrap a pc of bacon round the liver, hold it in place with a toothpick.
then dip in brown sugar again.
Arrange on a wire rack in a roasting pan
Bake them for 30 min's or until the bacon is crsips.
