Crust:

1/4 lb butter
1 Cup flour
1/4 Cup powdered sugar

Filling:

2 eggs
2 Tbsp lemon juice
a little grated lemon rind
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
3 oz pkg cream cheese softened

Directions:

Crust:

Combine and cut fine in pastry blender. Sprinkle bottom of 9 inch pan and press down. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Filling:

Mix all with mixer and pour in baked pie crust. Bake about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into small squares when cool.
