On Christmas Eve, Mom cooked the ham early in the morning, before all the other vegetables and pies were added during the afternoon. She reheated right before slicing.

Don sliced the ham when he was home. I remember the guys circling the kitchen, trying to grab a slice before dinner was served! Oh, the best ham ever!!
