1 1/2 cup thawed Corn
1 1/2 cup canned black beans rinsed
1/2 small red onion chopped small
1 cup chopped seeded tomato
1 Ripe Avocado
1/4 cup Cilantro chopped small
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
pinch cayenne pepper
juice of 1 lime

In large bowl add corn, beans, onion, garlic, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, cayenne, lime juice. Mix, just before serving cut Avocado and mix in. serve cold with chips, or use as topping for Tacos or double recipe for a summer salad.
