Personal Notes:
This recipe is based on a fictional Elvish bread gifted to the Fellowship in J.R.R Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings trilogy to aid them on their journey. It is famously known for being filling, and "One small bite is enough to fill the stomach of a grown man!"

I find this bread tastes best when it is cooled completely, however, it's also good warm!
