Take 0.5 cup of Tur dal, 1 cup of rice , groundnuts in a container and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
Simultaneously take Potato, carrot, Beans in a container and pressure cook.(Add 1 tsp salt )
In a pan, take 4-5 tsp oil and start the tempering by adding mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves.
Now add the boiled vegetables in the pan and saute with 3 tsp bisibelebath powder, 1.5 tsp rasam powder, 1 cup of water,
salt, jaggery, tamarind.
When this boils, mix cooked rice, tur dal, groundnuts(from step 1) to this and mix well.
Add 2-3 tsp of ghee to enhance the taste. Allow this to boil for another 10-15 minutes.
You can garnish Bisibele bath with fried cashew, raisins and coriander leaves.
