1 package Fettuccine noodles
1 pound mushroom ( fresh white, cut into slices)
1 small onion (cut up into slices)
3 clove garlic
2 pound chicken breast (s/p) and cut in strips
3 1/2 cups half & half
1/4 cup parsley
1 tea s/p
I would add cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta. then cook chicken in the oil, when done set side. and oil if needed and cook onions and mushrooms ,5 to 6 min's. add garlic and cook for 1 more min. Then add half & half. Bring to boil for 6 to 10 min's .When its starts to thicken add chicken back in. add s/p. then add noodles back in and stir. Then let rest
