3 lbs apples - peel
3 lbs tomatoes - green
2 lbs raisins - seedless
8 c brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 c suet (grind)
1 c vinegar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 orange peel - whole

Directions:
Directions:
Process just tomatoes, drain

Measure juice of tomatoes and add water, scald.
Do this 2x and drain. Last time add hot water and drain
Rinse off

Cook about 2 hours and can

15min @ 15lb pressure
Leakage is normal and refrigerate if not sealed and reprocess again
