Ingredients:  
1 10 oz pkg fresh baby spinach
8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
1/2 c walnuts or almonds, toasted

sweet parsley dressing: 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c white vinegar
2 T oil
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t prepared mustard
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients and toss. Whisk together all dressing ingredients and chill at least 20 minutes before serving. Drizzle dressing on salad immediately before serving.
