2 c flour
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t cloves
1/4 t salt
1/2 c oil
1 16 oz can (2 c) pumpkin
2 eggs

Frosting: 3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 T butter, softened
1/2 t vanilla
3 c powdered sugar
1-2 T milk

Grease and flour 15x10x1 pan. In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients, beat at low speed until moistened then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread into pan. Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely then frost.

Frosting: Combine cream cheese and butter and blend well. Stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar and enough milk for desired spreading consistency. If desired, sprinkle with nutmeg after frost. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set. Store in refrigerator.
