3 avocados
3 tomatillos
2 jalapenos
½ Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sour cream
¼ Onion chopped
2 cloves garlic shopped
Lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Remove husk from tomatillos and wash really good because they are sticky.
Boil whole jalapenos and tomatillos in water for 10 minutes.
Drain water and allow to cool.
Remove stems and of you do not want it hot remove the ribs and seeds from the peppers.
In a bowl add all ingredients and mash with a potato masher until mixed well.
Chill and serve.

The best part about this Guac is that it doesn't turn brown quickly.
Another version I'm gonna try is roasting all the ingredients together on a cookie sheet instead of boiling and using raw.
