1 bunch of watercress
1 can hearts of palm, rinsed and drained
2 Belgium endive
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
6 oz.cherry tomatoes
crushed walnuts
mustard vinaigrette dressing.

Directions:
Directions:
Pull the leaves from the watercress stems. Slice the hearts of palm into disks. Shred the endive and slice the washed and trimmed mushrooms. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange the vegetables in a bowl in separate sections. Sprinkle the crushed walnuts on top. Toss with vinaigrette dressing.
