Pineapple 1( Chop it to medium slices)

Jaggery 3-5 tsp (as per the taste)
Shredded Coconut
Fried gram (Hurigadale) 3-4 tsp
Cashew
Rice seeds 1-2 tsp
Rasam powder 2 tsp
Red chilli 1
Turmeric ½tsp
Tamarind paste(if needed)


For tempering:
¾tsp of

Cumin seeds
Urad Dal
Mustard seeds
Curry Leaves

Take a pan and saute chopped pineapple with oil, cumin seeds, urad dal, mustard seeds, jaggery and salt. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes. Add more jaggery if you want the gravy to be sweet.

<2> In a mixer, grind coconut, hurigadale, cashew, rice seeds, rasam powder, red chilli, turmeric. Blend smoothly until it becomes a fine paste.

Now add the paste to the pan (from step 1), add salt as per requirement, tamarind (if needed), jaggery (to enhance sweetness), ghee (1 tsp).
Let it boil in simmer for 15 minutes and serve hot.
