3 c. flour
3/4 c. semolina flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. water.

Directions:
Directions:
Make well of flour and semolina. Break eggs and water into center. Make dough and knead thoroughly. Roll into 2 or 3 balls. Let rest 20 min. under a bowl. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet or use a pasta machine. Cut into half inch wide strips with ravioli pinker. Gather six strips at a time and place on board or towel to dry out. Cook in boiling water until tender. Serve with ragu and grated cheese or other favorite sauce.
