1 cauliflower
1/4 c.breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter or olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into pieces and boil for a 5 minutes. Drain and place in a buttered gratin pan.
Top with breadcrumbs and cheese. Drizzle butter or oil over top and bake at 350º until the top is browned.
Vegan option: eliminate cheese; use oil instead of butter.
