1 c Flour
t. Salt
3 T. Shortening
1 egg unbeaten
5 T. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a soft dough.
Divide into two parts.
Roll out very thin and let dry for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Drop into simmering chicken broth.
Let cook until well done , 15 minutes or more.
