1 pound ground beef
2 small cans or 1 soup sized can of tomato sauce
1 pint jar of green beans or (2 cups frozen but pre-cooked or 1 can store bought)
1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 package of Macaroni noodles cooked per package

Directions:
Directions:
in large skillet brown ground beef. drain if any grease in pan. Add tomato sauce, seasonings, green beans mix well. if green beans are very long cutting them in half or bite sized is easier to eat.
Bring this mixture to medium heat. stirring occasionally.
Add cooked noodles-stirring lightly.
Serve once noodles have warmed though
