1 lb. meatballs, cooked
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsps. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 tbsps. water
1 green pepper, cut in strips
cup vinegar
1 cup rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and save the juice. In saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch then blend in pineapple juice, water, vinegar and soy sauce. Cover and stir on low heat until mixture thickens. Carefully stir in meatballs, green pepper and pineapple. Heat to boiling and serve over rice.
