1/4 c. butter
2 medium apples
4 eggs
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 pan with thinly sliced apples. Mix together eggs, flour, milk and salt, and pour over apples. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350º until puffed and golden brown (45 minute to 1 hour?) (Pay attention: Don't mix sugar and cinnamon with egg/flour mixture! Oops!)
