2 sticks butter, melted
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 eggs (one egg for bottom cake later THEN two eggs for filling layer)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup cocoa powder
16 ozs confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a 9x13 pan by lightly buttering.
Combine the cake mix, 1 egg and 1 stick melted butter and stir until blended. Press mixture into prepared pan and set aside.
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining 2 eggs and cocoa powder. Continue beating until ingredients are well mixed. Slowly add the remaining melted 1 stick of butter and the vanilla.continuing to beat the mixture until smooth.Spread filling over cake mixture in pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven.Do not overbake. The center will still be a little gooey when finished baking. Sprinkle top with additional powdered sugar.
