Sweet and Sour Cauliflower Recipe

1 small head-cauliflower-florets
1 ½ tbs corn-flour or corn-starch
2 tbs water
3 tbs olive-oil

For the Sauce
1 cup vegetable-broth (with salt)
2 tsp chili-flakes
5-6 cloves chopped garlic
3 tbs rice-vinegar
¼ cup soy-sauce or tamari-sauce
3 tbsp brown-sugar or maple-syrup
2 tbsp tahini

Directions:

Prepare the sweet & sour-sauce by mixing vegetable-broth, soya-sauce or tamari-sauce, rice-vinegar, maple-syrup, tahini, chili-flakes & sliced garlic.
Wash & cut cauliflower into 1 ½ into 2-inch size florets.
In a pan add cauliflower-oil & dash of water. Stir and cover, let it cook on slow to medium heat about 4-5minutes.
Once cauliflower soften add half the sauce & stir. Let it simmer for additional 3-4minutes till the sauce is properly absorbed. Ensure that the heat is moderate to low. Don't burn off the sauce.
Add cornflour in the rest of the sauce and combine. Then add the rest of the sauce to cauliflower and cook till thickened.
Serve hot on rice & garnish with spring-onions & sesame-seeds.
