Ingredients:  
Per 6 cups of nuts and seeds - raw and unsalted
walnuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, etc.

2 egg whites and 2 Tablespoons water
1 c sugar mixed with:
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Toss nuts in egg mixture to coat
Then toss them in the sugar mixture
Place in a single layer in greased or papered baking sheet

Bake at 275º for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
