Venison with Noodles Recipe

1 pound Venison Tips
8 oz Mushrooms
1-2 tsp Minced Garlic
Pepper
Salt
2-3 tsp Butter
Flour/Water to make thickening

½ bag cooked wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt a little butter in a skillet. Add garlic and allow it to become aromatic, but not brown. Add venison tips and mushrooms. Cook to medium rare. Turn heat to low. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add thickening a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Taste and add more seasoning if desired. Serve over cooked noodles.

This recipe came from my friend Wendy in North Carolina. She is from the Scranton area and this was her favorite way to eat venison. You can play with this recipe to make it healthier, but it tastes the best with real butter.
