1 each: red and yellow pepper, cut into large pieces
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4" thick slices
1 medium red onion, cut into 1" chunks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup button mushrooms
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and onions in large frying pan, add dressing, toss to coat.
Preheat barbecue or cook on stove top over medium heat for 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Add tomatoes a few minutes before vegetables are done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
