Dough:
1 Cup Warm Milk (110 degrees)
½ Cup + 1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
2 large eggs (room temperature)
6 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tsp vanilla
4 - 4½ Cup flours
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cinnamon

Filling:
1 Cup brown sugar
2 ½ Tbsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp softened butter

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
¼ Cup softened butter
2 Cups powdered sugar
½ Tsp vanilla
pinch of salt



Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º

Filling:
Combine sugar and cinnamon, keep butter separate.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients and mix well until creamy.

Dough:
Mix dry ingredients, add warm milk, then incorporate eggs. Cover and let rise until double.
Roll the dough out and spread butter and filling over the top of the dough.
Roll up and cut 1" sections. Place in oiled pan and allow to rise double again.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
