4 Cups Sliced Apples
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg (optional)
1/2 Cup Butter..Softened

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples and place into a 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Combine all dry ingredients then work in the butter with a fork. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the type of apple you use. Apples should be tender, but not mushy.
