"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Place enough water in a sauce pan so that when you place eggs in pan water will cover them.

Bring water to a full boil. Place eggs in water with tongs or a tablespoon very gently so as not to break eggs.

Cook for 3 minutes in boiling water and then remove from heat and let sit with a lid on pan for about 15 minutes. Place under cold water until eggs are able to handled for peeling. Place eggs on a paper towel to absorb water.

Eggs should peel very easily.
