About six medium sized firm tomatoes. Sometimes I will add a yellow tomato just for color.
1 onion diced very finely
2 jalapeno peppers, diced finely
1 hot Hungarian wax pepper, diced finely
A small amount of chopped cilantro
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. Serve with any Mexican dish or just with corm chips.
